Withdraw from contract
Use this page to withdraw an eligible online purchase during the statutory withdrawal period.
Sign in to identify your purchase
Use the existing student account connected to the purchase. You do not need to create a new account.
If you cannot sign in, you can still withdraw by emailing an unequivocal statement to hello@internationalstudentdesk.com or by sending the model form in the Customer Terms and Conditions.
Your contract
Submit the statutory withdrawal declaration here during the 14-day period. You do not need to give a reason. Account deletion is a separate privacy action.
Submitting your withdrawal ends Desk and Fen access. If you expressly requested immediate service, we may deduct a lawful proportionate amount for service supplied before we receive your withdrawal. Any refund due will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using your original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We will email a dated confirmation to the account address and download a copy immediately. Read the withdrawal information and model form before continuing.
